4. Freight Delivery Requirements

All freight deliveries are curbside only. The recipient is responsible for unloading the shipment (forklift or appropriate equipment required).

Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and note damages before signing delivery receipts.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect all shipments upon arrival.

Report damages within 48 hours to support@heavyequiptech.com.

If a package is lost, contact us immediately so we can assist with a carrier claim.
