1. Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Custom orders or special requests may require additional processing time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Freight: 5-10 business days.

  • Expedited Freight (if available): 3-5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Rates depend on item size, weight, and shipping destination.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

  • Certain remote locations may incur additional fees.

4. Freight Delivery Requirements

  • All freight deliveries are curbside only. The recipient is responsible for unloading the shipment (forklift or appropriate equipment required).

  • Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and note damages before signing delivery receipts.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect all shipments upon arrival.

  • Report damages within 48 hours to support@heavyequiptech.com.

  • If a package is lost, contact us immediately so we can assist with a carrier claim.
