The Star Industries Self-Dump Hopper is a robust and practical solution for collecting, disposing, and moving waste around job sites. Built with durable ¼ and 3/16 steel plate, this hopper is designed to withstand heavy-duty use, ensuring longevity and reliability. The optional heavy-duty casters with 8-inch polyurethane wheels provide easy maneuverability across the job site.

2. Safety Features:

   • Rope Release: Allows the operator to trip the hopper from the seat or the ground.
   • Safety Lock: Prevents unintentional discharge during transport; must be released before dumping.
   • Safety Chain & Locking Grab Hook: Secures the hopper to a forklift, preventing accidental sliding.
   • Release Handle: Located at the back of the hopper for manual dumping.

Hopper Options:

1. Heavy-Duty Casters (Model 1000-0510):

   • Optional heavy-duty steel casters with 8-inch polyurethane wheels and roller bearing.

2. Lifting Hooks (Model 1800-LH):

   • Optional lifting hooks (eyes) for handling hoppers with a crane.
   • Note: Hopper cannot be released while suspended with a crane.
